Representation and Specification of Goods :
Products displayed on our website will not be shown to actual scale and your attention is drawn to the item description where specific product details are given. This information is given in good faith but total accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Due to the limitations of colour display your screen products may not show exactly the correct colour of the product being viewed.
It may be necessary in extreme circumstances to supply a similar product of equal or superior specification where the item requested is not available at the time of order. We will contact you to confirm your acceptance.
All products are offered subject to availability.
Terms of payment :
If you wish to pay for your selection by credit/debit card, you will be charged for your selection of goods at the time of placing your order. However products will not be dispatched to you until payment has been confirmed as valid and lawful and made in full. Online payments are made securely through the Wix payment system. All major credit or debit cards accepted.
Orders and payments may be placed over the telephone if they are dispatched to the card holders registered address.

Packaging :
All items will be packed at Rhossili Gallery presently neatly (as eco friendly as possible) and suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Postal packages do not have any reference as to what is inside them nor do they have printed on them our company name or logo.
Right to Cancel :
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
It is helpful in developing our customer care if you could let us know your reason for cancelling but it is not obligatory. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquired the goods.
Exchange of Product :
In the event that any product ordered does not fit the recipient or is not suitable, please contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery for an exchange to a different size and/or alternative item. You can contact us by phone on 01792 391 190 if you have any questions, need advice or would like to discuss any aspect of your order.
Return of Goods :
Alternatively, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We recommend that you inform us by a written medium such as e-mail. Once an item is received back we will issue your refund as soon as possible within 14 days.
Please either send back the goods or hand them over to us at Rhossili Gallery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
When returning your item(s) we recommend that you use the presentation box and padded envelope that the item(s) arrived in to ensure that it does not get damaged during transit to us; this is the customer's responsibility. Please also include the invoice or a copy of it.
For hygienic and health and safety reasons any jewellery designed for body piercing, such as earrings will not be accepted for return.
Any item which has been specifically personalised, such as engraved dates, names or any other form of text or symbols or bespoke design, will not be eligible for the same return policy as other non-personalised items. Sizing an item can be discussed with us.
If the parcel is lost or found to be damaged upon receipt by you, i.e. whilst in transit, then both Royal Mail and Rhossili Gallery must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned to us for replacement within seven days immediately. Rhossili Gallery shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations provided replacement products have been supplied.

It is the customer's responsibility for appropriate insurance cover to be obtained when returning goods to Rhossili Gallery and the use of Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery Service' is strongly recommended for returns on mainland UK. Please remember the goods belong to you until we receive them.
Warranty :
Although unlikely, should an item show a defect in material or workmanship we will gladly exchange or refund on return of the faulty product(s) within twelve months from delivery. Rhossili Gallery will use its own discretion in replacing these damaged goods and we will not credit or replace items that have been ill treated or suffered damage through normal wear and tear or where an attempt to repair has been made by any third party.
Tracking your order :
You are welcome to contact us at any point to enquire about an order status either by telephone or email. Despatch is confirmed with an email and this will include a Royal Mail tracking number. Parcels are sent by 1st class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or through Parcelforce for larger items. Parcels tracking can be done online with the correct courier as per despatch emails.
